Job Description - Our Corporate Office in LOS ANGELES is accepting applications for a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



• Collection of accounts receivables, verifying all accounts are up to date, and enter finalized cash receipts 

• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.

• Research aging reports and collect on all past due accounts. 

• Answer and follow up on all account receivables phone inquires. 

• Monitor and release credit holds when needed

• Research customer discrepancies and short pays

• Provide phone coverage when Receptionist is on break/lunch.
